Here's what I've come up with - a way of judging my dining experiences based on a classic Philadelphia icon, the cheesesteak. Now it's all systematic, with an assigned value of 1-5 steaks, each establishment can be afforded a fair, swift and just means for comparison, at least in my mind.
^ FIVE Cheesesteaks. Counting the hours until I eat here again.
^ FOUR Cheesesteaks. Counting the days until I eat here again.
^ THREE Cheesesteaks. Middle of the road.
^ TWO Cheesesteaks. Don't know how I ended up here.
^ ONE Cheesesteak. What? That one doesn't count as a meal. I'm likely to throw up and re-visit one of the 4 or 5's.
